The latest update to SW2 now contains inbuilt links to MailChimp. This allows users to maintain their MailChimp marketing lists as well as transferring subscribers between SW2 and MailChimp.

Automatically extract data from a CV to quickly create an accurate database record in SW2. The Daxtra plugin will further enhance the parsing of information.

Powerful Searching

A powerful and flexible search module allows rapid searching of the databases using keywords, postcode radius or CV text search. You can even search CVs that are not part of the SW2 database.

Complete History

A record of all past contacts, letters sent, interviews and meetings are automatically generated and can later be recalled by a consultant to provide valuable contact management.

Document Management

Any number of documents can be stored agains a record. CV's can be stored, branded and sent to a client at the touch of a button.
