SW3 is an Internet driven recruitment solution that will allow consultants, anywhere in the world, to access a centralised database in real time. SW3 sits seamlessly behind your web site to allow online registration, vacancy searching and database login.

SW3 is a hosted recruitment solution, which simply means ProjectHouse will host the application for you. You do not need to worry about making your software available to consultants, candidates and clients 24 hours a day. There are three main sections that make up SW3:

The Consultant Area is the main part of the system. It allows a recruitment consultant to login to a centralized database and maintain applicant, client and vacancy information. Consultants using SW3 will enjoy a multitude of functions designed to cut down on the administrative tasks relating to the recruitment process. You can also utilise a desktop application, Recruitment Companion , to access the SW3 database with advanced functionality.

The Applicant Area allows a person to register and maintain his or her own details. The applicant is encouraged to return to the site by allowing them to search for new vacancies, see where their CV has been sent and what progress their application is making.

The Client Area allows preferred clients to access SW3 to maintain vacancies, perform restricted searches on your applicant database and request CV's.

Key Features:

Searching:
A powerful and flexible search module allows rapid searching of the databases including text within a CV.
History:
A record of all past contacts, letters sent, interviews and meetings are automatically generated and can later be recalled by a consultant to provide valuable contact management.
CV Management:
An electronic copy of an applicants CV is stored in their record card where it can be viewed, branded and sent to a client at the touch of a button.
Autopopulate:
A facility that scans a CV to extract information to assist in the population of the applicants record card.
Documents:
A filing cabinet for each applicant and client is provided for any relevant documents no matter what format. Stored documents can include Original CVs, Terms and Conditions, covering letters, photographs, Contracts, Certificates etc.
Diary:
The means for a user to plan their activity - the basis of a consultant's working day. Entries are either made manually by the consultant or automatically by the system as a reminder of a previous activity, such as a letter to a client enclosing an applicants CV.
Letters:
Use an in-built document designer to store templates for all you standard letters. This enables a consultant to easily produce one off letters or high volume mail shots.
Vacancy Distribution:
Post your vacancies to your website and major corporate job sites direct from SW2.
SMS:
Two-way SMS text messages. Simultaneously send broadcast SMS text messages to unlimited recipients with the ability to receive a reply.
Website Integration:
Integrate your SW2 database into your website to allow candidate to register online and feed the data into SW2.
Email:
Quickly and easily send email messages from SW3 using the inbuilt email client.
Outlook:
Save emails received into Outlook directly to the candidate/client history to maintain a single point reference for contact management.
